St. Agatha's and Precious Blood Parishes Woonsocket, RI
Welcome from the Pastor
WELCOME FROM THE PASTOR
Hello, my name is Fr. Michael Anthony Kelley.
Welcome to the website for St. Agatha and Precious Blood Parishes! I have had the honor of being pastor for these two parishes for over 10 years. As I serve along with Deacon Tony Gagliani, the parish staff and volunteers in many ways we are a spiritual family seeking to live as brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus, Our Lord.
With God the Father and the Holy Spirit we come together regularly for Holy Mass and special Liturgies; parishioners receive sacraments of Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, Marriages; we have funeral Masses; we have Religious Education classes K to 11; we participate in special annual events like: Yard Sales, Christmas Bazaar, Vacation Bible Camp and more; we have faith building retreats like Light of the World; we have a Legion of Mary which meets each week; we have a Men of St. Joseph which meets each month and more.
These events only happen with volunteers and participants perhaps like you!
It is my hope and prayer to Almighty God that you be inspired by the news and articles and links you will find on this website.
Come to visit us perhaps beginning with Sunday Mass (or Saturday evening). Please get to know some of the wonderful people here. Fall more deeply in love with Our Lord. Be a part of our spiritual family.
Peace in Christ. Fr. Michael A. Kelley, pastor
